• Knowledge Content: Text, documents, and materials you upload to build your AI clone.
• Conversation Data: Messages exchanged between end-users and your AI clone.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, CVV, or bank credentials.
• Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting our support team.

Collected Automatically

• Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, query counts, timestamps, and referral URLs.
• CAPTCHA Data: We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection. Cloudflare may collect interaction data per their Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service: Create and operate your AI clone, process queries, and manage your account.
• Process Payments: Via Razorpay for per-query charges and subscription plans.
• AI Processing: Knowledge content and queries are sent to AI providers (see Section 4) to generate responses.
• Communicate: Send transactional emails via Resend, account notifications, and support responses.
• Improve the Service: Analyse usage patterns, diagnose issues, and enhance features.
• Enforce Terms: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

3. AI Data Processing

Clonify uses artificial intelligence to power your AI clone. When an end-user queries your clone, your uploaded knowledge is retrieved and sent to one or more AI providers for response generation.

• Conversations are processed by AI models but are not used to train third-party models unless stated by the provider.
• You retain ownership of your knowledge content. We act as a data processor to facilitate the service.

Your data may be processed in countries outside India where our providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses and provider compliance with applicable data protection frameworks.

Clonify is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@clonify.in.
